Surf Park Management (SPM) provides consulting services and operations management for all aspects of running a surf park and its ancillary business units for developers and investment groups within the growing surf park world. It was created by a group of surf, action sport and resort industry veterans who have the unique skill sets to bridge the connection between the board-riding culture to sophisticated investors in a board room. SPM offers a their scope of expertise under the following pillars:

Maximizing upside potential including oversight of sales & marketing, administration, and reporting

Surf Park Management has assembled a Senior Leadership Team of industry experts to support the key functional areas required to launch and operate any scale of operations associated with surf park operations. Depending on the scope of each project, expertise will be engaged from the following functional areas: food & beverage, retail, rentals, systems and IT, human resources, finance and accounting, graphic design and digital marketing, surf lessons and programming, and hospitality management.
